Runners and walkers will own the streets of Paton for the sixth annual Gobble Gobble 5K Run/Walk Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, starting at 8:30 am at the Loren Shriver Community Building in Paton.
The registration fee is three canned items per runner, with all items being donated to the Action Resource Center (ARC) food pantry. The registration for T-shirts is past.
One overall winner and the prediction winner will take home pumpkin pies. In the prediction race, the winner is the runner who most accurately guesses his or her time for the course. No watches are allowed.
